Hey Echo! You know what I just remembered something that really helps me get over someone.. when I focus on serving other people.. like helping someone, or being a listening ear to someone with problems, or cheering up someone who is depressed or pissed off, or sending nice notes to people who need a smile, etc. That usually turns the heart around, from being wounded to being overflowing. It's hard at first, but the more you just do it, the more it makes you smile as others are smiling =) One of my favorite verses in the Bible is "do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." It's usually hard to start off, but then it just feels really GOOD!! I give my mom a hug once in a while or buy her flowers, sometimes take a friend who doesn't have a lot of money out for a nice dinner and movie, do some kind of community service like help building homes or donate blood, etc. You know I just visited Canada this past weekend and saw 2 guys from my China trip last summer! Wish you could be there too.. I miss you. One guy was talking about maybe visiting Hong Kong soon, you can meet us there!!
